Former Miss World, Agbani Darego is married. The beauty queen got married in an intimate ceremony to Ishaya Danjuma in Marrakesh, Morocco. The couple had kept their relationship relatively under wraps. For this reason, the wedding announcement came as a surprise to most of the public.
Agbani Darego shot into the limelight at the age of 18, when she won the coveted Miss World crown. She was the first native African to bag the title. She went on to make a name for herself as one of the most sought after models, gracing catwalks from Milan to New York.
Ishaya Danjuma is the son of General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, former Nigerian Chief of Army Staff. He is said to be actively involved in his family business.
